The purpose of the project is to revitalize and modernize the multifunctional building of the cultural centre in Vranov nad Topľou, creating a modern, accessible and inclusive space for cultural, educational and community activities in the Upper Zemplín region. The project responds to the outdated technical condition of the building, its inefficient energy management and the lack of accessibility for persons with disabilities, thus preventing its full use as a cultural and community centre.
