The company advisory project ‘FairPlusService’, co-financed by the ESF+ and the BMAW, aims at further training and professional development of formally low-skilled and dequalified women and promotes equal opportunities and empowerment. The consulting and coaching services are aimed both at Austrian companies and directly at the women employed. In addition, compact trainings and short learning units are offered, which should give an impulse for further training.
