The project "New Cinema Europe - Improving Public Cultural Infrastructure" aims at revitalising and relaunching China Europe in order to increase accessibility and participation in the cultural life of all citizens. With the revitalization, the iconic Cinema Europa returns to the area of public cultural life of the City of Zagreb with new programs and a richer cultural offer for a diverse audience, which directly contributes to the preservation of the cultural heritage and the identity of the City. Co-funding: the EU contributes €6.0M toward a total project cost of €11.6M — a co-funding rate of 52%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.

Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund. It draws on lists of beneficiaries published by national managing authorities and harmonises them into a single EU-wide view.
