TEMARA is a proposed teaming project between the Stichting Nationaal Lucht- en Ruimtevaartlaboratorium (NLR - the Dutch National Aerospace Laboratory), the Malta Ministry for Tourism responsible for Aviation and the Malta Council for Science and Technology. The proposed project, being the eventual establishment of a National Aerospace Centre (NAC) in Malta. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation. New calls closed in 2020 but funded projects continued through 2024.
