Taking into account that, according to the priorities set by the Latvian Presidency of the Council of the European Union, it is intended to actualize the EU’s digital single market, e-governance and citizen’s e-skills improvement, as well as the security of information in the digital environment and internet freedom issues. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
