The MSCA 2017 Conference will take place in Malta on 11th and 12th May 2017 under the auspices of the Maltese EU Presidency to the Council of the EU. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation. New calls closed in 2020 but funded projects continued through 2024.
Co-funding: the European Union contributes €150k toward a total project budget of €182k — a funding rate of 83%, with the remainder covered by the consortium partners. The project runs over approximately 0.8 years from 2016-12-01 to 2017-09-30.
