This proposal addresses the growth-oriented business support services that will result in improved competitiveness and access to markets for EU enterprise. These services are as stipulated by the H2020 Consultation call for EEN H2020 services recently issued by the European Commission and will be implemented throughout 2017-2018 by the Network's consortium in Malta, in full synergy and complementarity with the other work packages supported by the relevant and concurrent COSME call for Enterprise Europe Network services. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation. New calls closed in 2020 but funded projects continued through 2024.
