The project CanBioSe targeted to strengthen international and intersectoral collaboration, sharing new ideas andknowledge transfer from research to market and vice versa in the field of nanostructured metal oxide optical biosensors forcancer cells detection. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation.
