The motivation behind this Project is to create a point of excellence of the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad (FTN), Novi Sad, Vojvodina, Serbia, to continuously advance state-of-the-art research, technological innovation and contribution to broader social goals, in the field of Stretchable and Textile Electronics. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation. New calls closed in 2020 but funded projects continued through 2024.
