ReFocuS 3.0 (Road to Friday of Science Third edition) project aims to substantially raise public awareness about importance and positive role of science for and in the society by bringing the researchers into the focus of the general public. About Horizon 2020 (2014–2020)
Horizon 2020 was the EU's flagship research and innovation programme for 2014–2020, with a budget of around €77 billion. It bundled FP7's strands with the EIT and the Competitiveness and Innovation Programme, introduced a stronger societal-challenge orientation, and pushed the funding logic toward closer-to-market innovation. New calls closed in 2020 but funded projects continued through 2024.
Co-funding: the European Union contributes €126k toward a total project budget of €130k — a funding rate of 97%, with the remainder covered by the consortium partners. The project runs over approximately 0.7 years from 2020-07-01 to 2021-02-28.
