Investing in the effectiveness and accessibility of the day hospital clinic for infectious diseases “Dr. FRAN Miignljević”
As part of the project, the clinic for infectious disease “Dr. FRAN Mihalljević” will carry out the reconstruction and equipping of Paviljon II as part of the hospital II hospital for the purpose of a day hospital, and thus contribute to the improvement of the availability and effectiveness of hospital treatment. Effective treatment contributes to faster patients’ recovery, reducing treatment costs, reducing the burden of health care, which allows more patients to receive and process more.

Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €5.6M toward a total project cost of €6.6M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
