The general objective of the project is to increase the accessibility of health, community and main level services, especially for poor and isolated areas, and to increase access to primary care services for the poor and those in low-access areas. Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
