The aim of the project is to ensure the development of guidelines for the development of health networks in the areas of cardiovascular, oncology, children (from perinatal and neonatal periods) and mental health areas, and the development and implementation of a quality assurance system, in particular for improving the health of the population at risk of social exclusion and poverty. Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.9M toward a total project cost of €4.6M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
