Improving accessibility of medical and medical support persons outside Riga
The aim of the project is to improve access to medical treatment and treatment support persons providing services in the priority areas of health – cardiovascular, oncology, children, starting from the perinatal and neonatal period and mental health outside Riga. About the Social inclusion and fight against poverty objective
Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €8.5M toward a total project cost of €10.0M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
