The beach promenade to be built exploits the region’s tourist potential and connects the passenger and marina to the city centre and forms an integrated whole with the reconstructed Marine Boulevard. The beach area of the city of Sillamäe will become an important development zone, a county sea gate and an attractive recreation area that facilitates the development of the service sector.
