Developing the social assistance system to combat poverty and social exclusion
The general objective of the project is to increase social inclusion and combat poverty by increasing the technical and administrative capacity of the public community social assistance network.

Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €15.5M toward a total project cost of €18.4M — a co-funding rate of 84%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
