Construction of municipal social housing fund residential buildings on land plots irklų g. 1 and Rambyno g. 14A
The project aims to increase the accessibility of social housing for socially vulnerable residents of Klaipeda city. The project will build 2 multi-apartment buildings with 76 social housing (of which 17 will be adapted for people with disabilities). The social housing constructed shall be provided with the necessary equipment, i.e. stoves (with ovens) and equipment for disabled persons. After the implementation of the project, the social housing fund of Klaipėda City Municipality and the accessibility of social housing to the most vulnerable groups of the population will be increased.

Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €3.9M toward a total project cost of €4.6M — a co-funding rate of 84%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
