National Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change and Action Plan

The project consists of developing a National Strategy for Adaptation to Climate Change and an Action Plan covering the period up to 2030. The strategy will serve as a reference document setting out the strategic framework and priority strands for adaptation to climate change, identifying and confirming the need to take concrete adaptation actions at national and sectoral level. Thematic Objective 11 supports more efficient public administration — capacity building of public bodies, anti-corruption measures, judicial-reform support, e-administration.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.3M toward a total project cost of €1.6M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
