The basis of the project as a functioning social network, the integration of family and child welfare services at national level as of 1 January 2016, provides the basis for the information and service development for people with disabilities to be based on an already operational system. Co-funding: the EU contributes €5.6M toward a total project cost of €9.3M — a co-funding rate of 60%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.

Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund. It draws on lists of beneficiaries published by national managing authorities and harmonises them into a single EU-wide view.
