Those are the major factors restricting sales start as well as further expansion, specifically applying to the ICT sector where the global market competition is fierce. About the Competitiveness of SMEs objective
Thematic Objective 3 backs the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises through grants, financial instruments, business-development services and internationalisation support. SMEs account for the bulk of EU employment, so the objective acts as a regional jobs lever.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.8M toward a total project cost of €2.3M — a co-funding rate of 78%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund.
