Tidal Stream Industry Energiser Project

TIGER will drive the growth of Tidal Stream Energy (TSE) in FR & the UK & accelerate the deployment of TSE in the FCE region, with significant economic benefits for coastal communities. About the Low-carbon economy objective

Thematic Objective 4 funds the low-carbon economy — renewable-energy capacity, energy efficiency in public buildings and housing, low-carbon urban mobility, smart grids and combined heat and power. It is the single largest climate strand of 2014–2020 Cohesion.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €30.7M toward a total project cost of €45.3M — a co-funding rate of 68%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
