Public road 15169 (Viljakansaarentie) is a 28 km long road with an average traffic volume ranging from 38 to 266 vehicles per day. The largest traffic volumes are on the 16 km long road section between highway 62 and public road 15175 (Kietävälänvirta). About 120 people live permanently on Viljakansaari and there are about 450 leisure apartments. In the immediate area of influence of the road there are e.g. industrial companies, tourism companies, transport companies, passenger transport companies and fisheries.
