The operation aims to requalify and strengthen the skills of the National Health Service in the cancer area, in response to inequalities between regions in access to cancer prevention, treatment and care. The proposed investments in the area of Oncological Disease aim to provide a health service with higher quality and efficiency, with the capacity to provide a growth of quality in public health care.
