This project is part of the objectives of the National Integrated Energy and Climate Plan (PNEC), which sets out the framework for energy and climate policy in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg for the period from 2021 to 2030. Craftsmen must therefore not only have an overview of the various techniques and technologies to manage a technical installation, but also extend their fields of competence to neighbouring areas (electricity, BIM, smart building), as provided for in the new constellation of the Craftsman’s Master’s Certificate in Technical Building Engineering.
