Rainwater management system in the City of Sulejówek
The aim of the project is to develop the rainwater management system in the City of Sulejówka, thanks to which the city’s resistance to flooding and flooding will be improved, while at the same time it will be possible to retain water and use it during dry periods. About the Climate change adaptation, risk prevention objective
Thematic Objective 5 supports climate-change adaptation and risk prevention: flood defences, wildfire prevention, drought-management infrastructure, civil-protection systems, and ecosystem-based adaptation.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €10.2M toward a total project cost of €12.0M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
