The purpose of this project is to build a “Tulce Tank” in Kleszczewo in Poznań County (Wielkopolskie Province). It will be a reservoir of surface water in the valley of the Męciny river. The reservoir will be built by tapping water in the river due to the construction of an earth front barrier located in km 0+ 505 of the Męciny river about 70 m above the Tulce – Środa road.The investment is the result of a series of analyses to which this document will refer and the need to eliminate the problem of water deficit, which is felt especially in areas of intensive agriculture.
