The road cover shall be reconstructed in order to meet the fourth class width parameters and the prospective load frequency. The objectives will be achieved without changing the design of the existing road by correcting the cross-profile, improving lateral visibility and cleaning off runs. The Blackvee junction will be rebuilt and lighting will be built on it. New road signs shall be installed, the road marking and the road sign system shall be reorganised. A resting place for heavy trucks will be created in the Blackwater intersection area.
