State Road No. 4 (E67) Tallinn – Pärnu – Ikla Tallinn Border-Topi Node Reconstruction
Km 13.0-16.0 of the main road will be brought into line with the requirements for Class I road. Collectors will be built, light traffic routes will be constructed and a section from the border of the city to the left turn of Jälgimäe will be reconstructed, the intersections of Veskitamm, Nõlvaku, Vanasilla and Seljaku with the main road will be reconstructed. 2 tunnels for pedestrians in the Veskitamm tn area will be built.
