Reconstruction of the Kanama-Valing section of the Tallinn ring road No 11
The project will reconstruct the road section between Kanama-Valing and the 2+ 2 lane road between Tallinn Ring Road No 11 Tallinn Ring km 29.6-34.2. The Kanama traffic node is being reconstructed. Special level traffic hubs will be built for Saue-Jõgisoo, Saue-Aila and Vanamõisa, including a new Valingu viaduct across the Keila-Tallinn railway, three bicycle and footway tunnels, Saue-Jõgisoo car tunnel, two roundabouts, connections, and cycling and footpaths. Signs with variable information shall be installed.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €23.7M toward a total project cost of €27.8M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
