Implementation of personalised medicine in Estonia

An IT solution for personalised medicine is created that allows genetic data to be introduced into the health information system (health care) and allows the integration and analysis of genetic data with other health data. The solution allows the management and use of genetic information for the prevention and more effective treatment of chronic diseases. The trainings organised during the project raise awareness of genetics among health professionals and the uptake of personalised medicine in health practice is increasing.
