Advanced traffic management on E67 transport corridor
Efficient road network is a key to economic activity and mobility of people and goods. While basic road infrastructure (pavement) has been modernized on E67 transport corridor in Latvia and Estonia, traffic information systems to ensure efficient, environment friendly, safe passenger and cargo transport need considerable improvements. About the Sustainable transport and network infrastructure objective
Thematic Objective 7 funds sustainable transport and network infrastructure: TEN-T core-network completion, rail electrification, urban mobility, ports and inland-waterway upgrades.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.1M toward a total project cost of €2.5M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
