Nature access to all
The project develops the chain of accessible nature tourism sites in the core Central Baltic area in Latvia, Estonia and Finland. 14 existing nature sites in three regions (western Latvia, western Estonia and southwest Finland) are being improved to become accessible to all, including people with disabilities, seniors, young families travelling with baby-strollers, people with temporary injuries. About the Environment and resource efficiency objective
Thematic Objective 6 finances environment and resource efficiency — water and waste management, biodiversity protection, contaminated-site remediation, air quality, and the circular economy.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €763k toward a total project cost of €966k — a co-funding rate of 79%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
