ICZM Plans for Sustaining Coastal and Marine Human-ecological Networks in the Baltic Region

Main purpose of the SustainBaltic project is to improve the share of the managed coastal networks in the Central Baltic area by increasing the cross-border planning, preparing and co-evaluation of the ICZM plans in order to ensure that sea-land interfaces are preserved and further developed. Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.0M toward a total project cost of €1.3M — a co-funding rate of 78%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.

Kohesio is the European Commission's open-data platform for projects co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund Plus, the Cohesion Fund and the Just Transition Fund. It draws on lists of beneficiaries published by national managing authorities and harmonises them into a single EU-wide view.
