Community-based supported residential building in Põltsamaa rural municipality
The aim of the project is to promote the provision of social welfare services on the basis of the new and modern community-based service building of the city of Põltsamaa and to support the everyday life of people with low need for assistance and support. The dwellings of the service house enable living at home and prevent or postpone the need for general care service. As a result of the project, r is a community-based, modern, environmentally friendly, accessibility-friendly and supported residential building located near the services necessary for everyday life.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.9M toward a total project cost of €3.0M — a co-funding rate of 62%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
