Reconstruction of Viru pst II stage in Sillamäe
The promenaded and historic urban space of Viru pst will be reconstructed, preserving the historical design principles, but renewing the elements of the street to create a modern public space where people are welcome to spend time, where walking and cycling are safe. The boulevard is divided by its nature into areas intended for movement, so-called sections of the boulevard and the squares or stopping points between them. Environmentally friendly solutions, such as green asphalt, are used to create high-quality public spaces.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.1M toward a total project cost of €3.0M — a co-funding rate of 70%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
