Pärnu County Innovation Centre KOBAR
The further development of the Pärnu County Innovation Centre KOBAR into a regional innovation system that functions as a county-wide knowledge transfer infrastructure, in which resource-efficient co-operation in the development of an attractive living, working and business environment for increasing regional competitiveness is based on a model of mannerism, where entrepreneurship (incl. business incubator, representative organisations of entrepreneurs, etc.), research (universities), the public sector, civil society and the environment are connected.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.9M toward a total project cost of €3.9M — a co-funding rate of 75%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
