The project will be implemented in the area of two settlements – Osiedle Borek Niski and Osiedle Centrum. Thematic Objective 5 supports climate-change adaptation and risk prevention: flood defences, wildfire prevention, drought-management infrastructure, civil-protection systems, and ecosystem-based adaptation.
