The project will develop and implement new and existing digital services to improve accessibility to private and public services. Digitalisation contributes to increased accessibility by bridging geographical distances. They will develop accessible, equal and equal care. for residents of all of Västernorrland. This will be done through increased use of digital services and care remotely contributes to increased accessibility.

About the Information and communication technologies objective

Thematic Objective 2 finances information and communication technologies — broadband roll-out, e-government, e-health, digital skills and the digitisation of public services. It targets the digital divide between EU regions in the 2014–2020 period.
