Establishment of the Health Centre of Tartu University Hospital
The project “Modernisation of the Primary Health Centre of the University of Tartu Hospital” is located in L. Puusepa 1a building on the infrastructure necessary for the provision of basic primary services (general physicians and nurses, midwives, physiotherapy and home nursing services) and secondary services for social counselling and psychologist services. The ETSC to be established will significantly improve the infrastructure at the disposal of UT clinic service providers and citizens’ access to primary health care services.

Thematic Objective 9 finances social inclusion and the fight against poverty: integration of marginalised communities, social housing, anti-discrimination measures, deinstitutionalisation of care.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.6M toward a total project cost of €3.5M — a co-funding rate of 75%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
