Optimisation of the Jõhvi Social House building
The project to optimise the building of Jõhvi Social House will improve the energy use of the building, 35% of the building will be conserved and the spatial plan will be improved. One building block will be replaced with completely new dwellings to be built according to modern building standards, where economically underprivileged persons in need of a dwelling will continue to find shelter in the rural municipality. Other social services provided in the house will benefit from areas with reduced energy costs, which will allow for cost savings.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €4.9M toward a total project cost of €5.7M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
