Construction of a nature spa hotel on the northern coast of Lake Peipus
Within the framework of the project, a unique nature spa hotel with 97 rooms will be built in Ida-Viru County, Alutaguse rural municipality, Uusküla village, which is distinguished by the coastal location of Lake Peipus, nature-centred planning and innovative services. The planned nature spa hotel will enliven and diversify the business of Ida-Viru County and enhance and popularize Ida-Viru County as an attractive tourist destination. The nature spa hotel will be valuable to the Lake Peipus region, Ida-Viru County and, more broadly, to the entire Estonian tourism sector.
Co-funding: the EU contributes €13.0M toward a total project cost of €28.9M — a co-funding rate of 45%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
