Atomic Level Tomography for Materials Science
The aim of the project is to acquire an atom probe tomography (APT) system for the Centre for Materials Analyss (CMA) of the University of Oulu. In addition, the project will create the necessary capability to start APT measurements of material samples and develop the expertise related to APT measurements to meet the needs of the university's research groups and companies.
