The need to build a Tassi multifunctional drainage plant is justified by the need to keep water quality, quantity and ecological risks as low as possible. About the Climate change adaptation, risk prevention objective
Thematic Objective 5 supports climate-change adaptation and risk prevention: flood defences, wildfire prevention, drought-management infrastructure, civil-protection systems, and ecosystem-based adaptation.
