Logistics and security of goods transport - Multi action project on the management of dangerous goods entering and leaving ports in the cooperation area.

This project involves a set of joint actions to define information, technological and training systems for dangerous goods monitoring, transport and handling procedures, as well as emergency protocols based on the results achieved with the LOSE project. LOSE+ concerns the traceability of dangerous goods in the IT-FR MARITIME cooperation area; it acts transversally on the actions of LOT 2, to complete what LOSE achieved and defined. About the Climate change adaptation, risk prevention objective

Thematic Objective 5 supports climate-change adaptation and risk prevention: flood defences, wildfire prevention, drought-management infrastructure, civil-protection systems, and ecosystem-based adaptation.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €1.5M toward a total project cost of €1.8M — a co-funding rate of 85%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
