The subject of the project, which aims to improve the preparedness of the Administration of State Material Reserves of the Slovak Republic for dealing with emergencies affected by climate change, is the creation of supporting tools for modelling and managing emergency events and crisis situations under the remit of the SJEC. About the Climate change adaptation, risk prevention objective

Thematic Objective 5 supports climate-change adaptation and risk prevention: flood defences, wildfire prevention, drought-management infrastructure, civil-protection systems, and ecosystem-based adaptation.

Co-funding: the EU contributes €2.5M toward a total project cost of €3.1M — a co-funding rate of 81%, with the remainder covered by national, regional or private sources.
